From plan to product, M3 offers help at every stage of a project. M3 took the lead in the 17 year-long process leading to the permitting of the Broome Hut on Second Creek - gaining approval for construction of a 1,700 square foot cabin on National Forest land. Part of this process was the shepherding of Cistern Legislation through the legislative process – resulting in a new Colorado law allowing for the harvesting of rainwater from residential building roofs.
M3 has also designed and constructed trails and boardwalks for Headwaters Trails Alliance, Grand County’s public trail agency. We have also constructed irrigation structure modifications to allow for the delivery of augmentation water for downstream water calls. We appreciate the chance to enter into a home project early in the process. Working with local architects, we have helped refine plans to ensure homes function more effectively and to achieve construction cost savings.
